I struggled to get a good night sleep but so I made up for it this morning and slept in. My sister reminded me that the baseball game was on and that Derek Jeter was on his way to hitting the 3,000. She quickly figured out which channel it was on and we all watched history in the making. I wanted to see the guy that caught the ball but I guess I will see the interview later. The kids came over and we ordered in pizza. I just ate my last two slices which were a little hot considering there had jalapeno peppers. Stepping out of my comfort zone here. Right now we are watching Chopped. Did I mentioned that I am obsessed with the Food Network show? I sure I must have. The foot is getting better but it is still very sensitive and I cannot let anything at all touch it. I scan a few magazines and looking forward to browsing the Oprah magazine.
