Diantie's 365 Days to ...

I headed up to Midtown this morning for a meeting and had yet another view of NYC. I like being in conference rooms on the high floors you usually get such nice views of NYC. On my way downtown, I stopped and bought a bagel with eggs and it tasted good. I asked for a wholewheat bagel and ended up with another kind of bagel but it did not matter as the bagel tasted great. I caught up with my e-mails and did a little research on the internet. I tried to watch a live telecast but had to disconnect because the audio was not clear. Oh well, I will catch up with this another time. It is back to the business plan and it is interesting what the picture looks like now that I have the number down on paper. No good news. I recall helping someone with a business plan and most if not all of the time was spent writing the plan and very little time on the financials. I am the reverse; I want to know what the financials say before I focus heavily on the "words". The market seems to be doing well today. Don't know if it is a good time to sell and hold cash or wait for a few more months. My intuition tells me that the market is heading south in a few months but I see it as a no-win situation for me. Even with advance knowledge how can that help me? Well I could put off purchasing things but that is only a small part of the picture. Time will tell.
