Diantie's 365 days to ...

For those of us who use the LIRR, the last thing we needed to hear last night was that the commute into NYC will be a challenge. Well it was. I tried to take a different route into Penn Station and quickly learnt that it pays to just wait for a less crowded train to get there. The weather here in NYC is sunshine and warm. I promised to volunteer for a charity so that is why I am here NYC and that is what I will be doing soon. So am I the only person that buys a product and expects it to function as stated? I guess so! I was just speaking to customer service about a product I bought and told the person the product is not delivering on what it says it will do and does that make sense? Believe it or not but the customer service representative told me it makes sense that the product does not work. I could not believe my ears. I have to find another way to deal with my problem. It is sad that customer service representatives take the heat in these situations but who else should you be complaining to? Any suggestions?
